Jude was 11 and in the 5th grade when he appeared on STARCADE!

In his 'bio' he said he, "I like Arcade Games although I'm not very good." Not necessarily the case ... since Jude won everything we had to offer except the Mystery Game prize.

His opponent, Gary Breeds, outscored Jude on the first game but Jude came back to virtually tie the score with the second game. And on the third game, Jude outscored Gary to win the right to play for the Grand Prize.

Jude was on one of the first STARCADE! shows...it was the 4th show we taped and aired as Show #13.

According to Jude, "I got my name from the song 'Hey, Jude' by the Beatles."

When STARCADE! was taped, he was President of his Elementary School and had two pets, A dog named Banff and a hamster named Scooty. Jude named his hamster Scooty because, "when I first bought her, she was very fast, so I named her Scooty!"

Jude thought the most interesting thing about himself was, "my personality is great." We thought so too.

He wanted to be on STARCADE! because "it's a neat show." In his bio, he described STARCADE! as "fabulous."

Jude also said, "I'm thinking of being a computer technologist when I get older."

When he checked in, Jude told us, "I've done a lot since I was on STARCADE! ... gone through school, grown up a little - although some people would argue that assertion. I haven't been on any other game shows, though, that's for certain. I have, on several occasions now, run into my opponent (Gary Breeds). The first time was about 6 years after we taped the show (1989?) ... get this, he was sitting about 15 feet away from me at a "Who" concert. Out of some 50,000 people there, he was sitting 15 feet away. Go figure."

"Today I'm a consultant for non-profits ... we do strategic and fiscal planning for non-profit organizations."

Does Jude still have the Tempest Aracde Game he won? We don't know. He didn't tell us. Hey Jude, do you still have Tempest?
